Assessment of candidates competence takes place on several stages using carefully selected positioning tools: interviews, psychological/competence tests, references, each process is enriched by elements of the Assessment Center, which allows us to perfectly match the candidate to the requirements of the position and the client’s needs.

Assessment & Development Center

A multi-dimensional process of competence assessment, which allows to collect information about knowledge, skills and attitudes of its participants in a standardized terms. Audit of Competence
